Only thing we were happy about this time was the appraisal company that was chosen, we think that they are not professional.,but we don't hold that against Lou, we would recommend Lou any time, he is a pleasure to work with.

Lou was able to help me in many ways including when I did not have a realtor he was not only able to do his job but I also believe he did certain aspects that were beyond his responsibilities.
